Handle a Continuous Copper or Brass Band which is fed, cut, formed and crimped around two side wires in one press stroke.
Crimping quality and reliability is outstanding.

Copper or Brass Band supplied by Mecal is available in three different widths (2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm) and can be used to crimp from 0.06 mm² up to 6.6 mm².

DESCRIPTION: The FMK Heavy Duty 4 Points Crimp Applicator is designed to crimp loose End Sleeve (Tube) Terminals. On demand it can process End Sleeve Terminals on a reel. The high quality level of parts manufacturing, combined with an accurate design and engineering, allows the Crimp Force Analyzer usage on the crimping Press. As in any other Mecal applicator an inviolable 7 digit piece counter, as well as a micrometric crimping height adjusting is included. To avoid faulty crimps, the FMK is equipped with a sensor to detect the correct terminal positioning. It can crimp up to a terminal thickness of 2mm and external diameter of 10mm.
