The FMK – Heavy Duty 4 Points Crimp Applicator is designed to crimp loose End Sleeve (Tube) Terminals. On demand it can process End Sleeve Terminals on a reel. The high quality level of parts manufacturing, combined with an accurate design and engineering, allows the Crimp Force Analyzer usage on the crimping Press. As in any other Mecal applicator an inviolable 7 digit piece counter, as well as a micrometric crimping height adjusting is included. To avoid faulty crimps, the FMK is equipped with a sensor to detect the correct terminal positioning. It can crimp up to a terminal thickness of 2mm and external diameter of 10mm.
